Refund policy

We want your pet comfy and you happy. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Returns: You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition (hygiene matters for pet wearables).

How to start a return: Email support@huddlepaw.com with your order number and we'll send simple return instructions.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or incorrect items: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you in full - no return shipment needed.

Sizing exchanges: Chose the wrong size? We'll exchange it - you only cover return postage.
